Shipping & Return Policies

  1. We generally ship all products within two days. If the products are bought before 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time and they are in stock, we will ship them the same day, however if they are bought after 12:00, they will be shipped the next day. We will keep you informed and give you a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package to the destination of your choice.

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

  2. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


  3. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Returns Policy



  1. You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


  2. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


  3. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Damage Return Procedure



PLEASE NOTE: To ensure you receive proper credit in a timely manner this procedure must be followed exactly. Failure to do so will result in a delay of your credit.

~ FOR DAMAGE EITHER VISIBLE OR CONCEALED

A. If you receive a FedEx / Other Carrier delivery note the following:

Notify the driver at the time of delivery that the product is damaged. Request documentation in writing about the damaged product.

Notify EDM Warehouse at once so the replacement shipment can be made.<

Hold onto the damaged product and the packaging for returning to us by FedEx/Other Carrier. Do not send back the damaged product on your own.

We will file a damage claim with FedEx or carrier used and they will come to pick up the damaged product from you. Please do not return the damaged product to us. FedEx or carrier used will have a pickup Order Number and they will give you a receipt for the damaged product. This may take up to 7-10 business days after the notification of the damage. Do not dispose of anything that came with the product, i.e. the packaging or contents. FedEx/Carrier used will not honor their claims without their pickup or instructions to scrap. Instructions to scrap will be given in writing from EDM Warehouse or FedEx/Carrier Used.

B.If you received a truck, air, or other common carrier, note the following:

Visible Damage: Note any damage on the BOL (Bill of Lading) with both your initials and the drivers’ signature and contact the carrier for inspection of the damaged product within 15 days of arrival of damaged goods. Then file your claim. If necessary the carrier will inspect the damaged product within five days of notification. Concealed Damage: After the Bill of Lading has been signed, call the carrier within 15 days in order to file your claim. The carrier will inspect the damaged product within five days if necessary.

PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of the damage, you must hold on to all damaged products and packaging until FedEx or the carrier inspects the product for damage. Do not return any material to the EDM Warehouse until advised to do so.

~ DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED OR REPLACED

We will provide a direct replacement for any item that is defective. Item must be returned in original packaging. Items not returned in their original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee / packaging charge. Replacement items will be shipped via FedEx - Ground / Other Carrier at no charge to you. Any other shipping method that is requested by you will be at your own expense. In any event, you will be responsible for the initial part cost and initial shipping charges. Shipping charges incurred while returning the product will be at our expense.

PLEASE NOTE: Defective items must be returned within 60 days of receipt at your facility.

~ GENERAL ITEM RETURNS

If you mistakenly order the wrong product or for some reason do not want the product you ordered. We will provide you with a refund, however you will be charged a 20% restocking fee on all items returned. You must contact us via email or phone and let us know what the issue is and we will provide you with a Returned Merchandise Authorization. The RMA number will allow us to provide you with a refund and setup a pickup with the carrier.

If the product you are returning is received without its' original packaging, you will be charged an addition 20% restocking / packaging fee. If the product is unsellable you will be charged 30% of the original cost of the item. All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchasing the product from the website.

Example 1 - You purchase a product from the store and decide you need to return if because you found it cheaper somewhere else. If we receive the package and it is not in its original box and it is damaged, you will be charged 40% on top of the original 20% restocking fee.

~ SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS

When inquiring about special products that are listed on the website, but might not be available through the website, you should aware of the product you are ordering. It is your responsibility to know what it is you need and order it accordingly. Due to the special nature of these types of items, they cannot normally be returned.

~ INCORRECTLY ORDERED PRODUCTS

Products that are ordered incorrectly by us here at edmwarehouse.com, we will take full responsibility and replace the product with the appropriate product. We will provide you with a FedEx number and once we receive the wrong product we will ship you the correct item at no charge to you. The shipping of this product will be our expense and we will ensure that the issue is corrected. We only accept this sort of return for 30 days after the ordering of the product off edmwarehouse.com.
